We guarantee a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided that the jewellery is returned in its original condition and hasn’t been worn. Upon receipt of the returned item, the card used for the purchase will be credited. Please note that delivery charges, local sales tax and duties, cannot be refund.

You are entitled to return an ordered item within 14 days of the date of delivery as long as the item is in its original condition, packaging and papers, and was sent back within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please use a recorded delivery services for your own safety
